About Pimplex Tabs

Pimplex is a product of SBL’s Research and Development and is a combination of well proven drugs of homoeopathy therapeutics which treats Acne Vulgaris (Pimples) and Comedons (Blackheads). It reduces pitting and scarring on face. The mixture of blackheads, whiteheads and pink or reddish spots caused by Acne Vulgaris occurs mostly on the face, the back of the neck, the upper back and chest. Acne affects young people of both sexes but tends to be more common in boys.

Acne (Pimples), Comedones (Blackheads), Pitting and scarring on face.

Action of Composition used in Pimplex Tabs:

Each tablet contains:

Arsenicum Iodatum – 1x:  The peculiar and persistently irritating, corrosive character of all the discharges, particularly dry, scaly, burning and itching eruptions as psoriasis, tinea. Itching of the scalp, with and without eruptions.

Nux Vomica – 1x: Body burning hot, especially face; yet cannot move or uncover without feeling chilly. Urticaria, with gastric derangement. Acne; skin red and blotchy.

Berberis Aquifolium – 1x:  A remedy for the skin, chronic catarrhal affections. Acne, Blotches and pimples. Clears the complexion. Pimply, dry, rough, scaly. Eruption on scalp extending to face and neck.

Echinacea – 1x: Recurring boils. Carbuncles. Irritations from insect bites and poisonous plants.

Asterias Rubens – 1x: Itching spots. Ulcers, with fetid smell. Acne. Psoriasis

Excipients q.s. to one tablet of 100mg

Dosage/Directions for use of Pimplex Tabs:

Adults: 4 tablets 4 to 6 times daily.

Children: Half of the adult’s dose.
