Shipping & Ownership
- The risk of loss and ownership of products passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the delivery carrier.
- In case of non-delivery due to incorrect details (such as wrong name, address, or PIN code), any additional charges for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

Delivery Attempts
- If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address, the courier may:
- Leave the package with a neighbor, along with a notification, or
- Leave a message requesting the recipient to contact the courier or our support team
- If the package is refused or undelivered due to recipient issues, the order may still be treated as chargeable.
- For deliveries handled via courier, speed post, or registered post, the respective courier company’s policies will apply.
Delivery Timelines

- The maximum delivery time is up to 7 days, depending on your location.
- While we strive for timely delivery, delays due to unforeseen circumstances (such as logistics issues or external factors) may occur. Such delays will not qualify for compensation or damages.
