Cancel & Refund Policy

At Homoeo Market, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience for all our customers.

Order Cancellation

  • Customers can cancel their order at any time before it is shipped.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Complaints

You may request a return by contacting our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery in the following cases:

  • The product delivered is damaged or defective (items with tampered seals will not be accepted).
  • The product delivered is expired.
  • The product delivered does not match your order.

While requesting a return, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Your name
  • Product name
  • Reason for return

Our team will review your request within 72 business hours of receiving the complaint. If the claim is found to be valid, we will initiate either:

  • Replacement of the product, or
  • Refund of the amount, as deemed appropriate.

Refunds

  • If an order cannot be fulfilled or is cancelled successfully, the refund will be processed within 72 business hours from confirmation.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or any other suitable mode.

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Products that have been used
  • Return requests made after 24 hours of delivery
  • Products with tampered or missing labels, serial numbers, or price tags
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer
  • Product batch number does not match the invoice

Additional Terms

Homoeo Market reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, without providing a reason.
